  Horrible customer service. I called to setup an appointment to file with them and the woman answered the phone as "this is Loretta" so ai said "Hi, I'm looking for above and beyond tax services" and she got super rude and said "this is loretta" and I said "I'm looking for above and bey.." when she interrupted with "I'm with above and beyond!" and I said "then you should answer the phone that way instead of your name cause it's not Lorettas taxes" before I could even finish she hung up me, so I called back to try and speak to a manager when she rejected 4 of my calls. I don't know who runs a business this way but they do not deserve business, if she is the owner then that is just pitiful that she would treat a customer that way and not even know how to answer the phone professionally! I am still looking for someone to file my taxes but there is no way I would EVER use this business to do so. Do no waste your time or money on this awful woman!
