  I recommend to buy from here. Devan was helpful before I even set foot in the store. She got back to me with real information while I was researching what was needed. There wasn't any weird salesperson pressuring me or unexpected costs when I purchased our pool. The installer Jason understands his job well and has great attention to detail. He was on time and friendly. Not a single wrinkle on the liner. The thing is super flat on the bottom. I played cards and drank coffee on the porch while the crew installed. There was a slight delay on the install, but they did a great job handling a few stressed out calls from my wife and myself. You can't control everything (like weather), but the way a business responds says a lot. A pool is a project, and responsiveness is important. They say "everything but the water", and they live up to it.

  This team, and especially Devan, are absolutely the best to work with. Very quick on estimates and do everything in their power to help and to get you what you need.

  This has been a nightmare since the beginning. We had the spa less than 2 months, the stairs broke and we're still waiting on a response from the owner. That started in July 2024, which was just 2 months after install. We've also been waiting for a fix since March for our motor. They originally said it was the motherboard and we waited for 6 weeks for that part to come in (weird). They came out to fix that and found out it's not that, but something else is wrong, and we're waiting again. And, since they've been out to "fix" it, it has now started leaking. At this point, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
