They came out to look at our roof & said they would call us in a couple of days with an estimate. After SEVERAL days my husband called them. They claimed that they didn't have our email address so they couldn't contact us. THEY HAD OUR PHONE NUMBER.
After accepting the job, again, they said they would contact us. We waited & waited. One morning I was almost to Noblesville & they called my husband & said they were on their way to begin the job. I had to return to the house!
After they (completed?, NO!) the job, my husband said they hadn't installed a downspout. They FINALLY sent someone to do that. Recently, during a windy day, I heard a noise on the roof. I went out & found a shingle flipping up & down. THEY HADN'T NAILED IT DOWN! We called them twice. They said they would TRY to send someone out. They NEVER SENT ANYONE! We were concerned about rain ruining the ceiling...MY 81 YEAR OLD HUSBAND GOT ON THE ROOF & NAILED IT DOWN OR WE WOULD HAVE HAD WATER DAMAGE WITH ALL THE RAIN!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I have read some of these reviews. This company certainly has a lot of excuses and/or blame the customer!
I don’t enjoy leaving a negative review. Especially as the people whom run the company are very kind and are dedicated. However, in saying that, our home is still not finished. Months later. And I suspect they are never coming back.
There seems to be a disconnect between management and those who are performing the tasks. Men arrived at our home intermittently over several days. Sometimes only stopping an hour. And quite often no one was turning up. Which meant we had to make constant phone calls to chase up what we’d agreed upon and paid for. It appeared that some of the workers had not been informed of what they were supposed to be doing. And some of them did have some dubious working practices. I understand that there has to be some disruption whilst work is being carried out. But at times they trampled the garden disrespecting our property, and strew left over rubbish all over the garden. Which I had to collect and remove. As it was being blown about. I personally assess the situation as wilfully ignorance rather than accidental oversight.
I think the final nail in the coffin was when the work was inspected. And it hadn’t been carried out correctly. Effectively causing more damage and harm to our home. So the matter of honesty and good moral character was also thrown into the ring for debate.
I understand that it’s a busy company, but if work is being subcontracted or delegated. It must be carried out diligently and correctly. Which is not the case at all at the moment.
It’s a shame. We had intentions of remodelling our home and changing the siding and roof. In light of what we witnessed this summer. I would not be using this company or recommending them either.
They never showed up for first appointment, then rescheduled it and they didn't show up the second time as well and never called to let me know. Bad business practice. I would not recommend them for anything after wasting my time

I had an appointment set with them at 4pm. I get off work at 5, but had heard such great things about them that I was willing to lose an hour pay to meet with them. I waited till 420 for them to show up, people run late I understand, Then I called the office. The lady on the phone said he had something come up and was not coming at all. I was a little frustrated I missed work, and I had to call to find out they weren't coming. She apologized and said can we reschedule, I informed her I already missed work and did not want to again. She informed me that they don't have appointments after 4pm, but given the situation she would check with her team in the morning and call me to reschedule. I was willing to work with them and agreed. now here I sit at lunch, morning has gone and no phone call, nothing scheduled. They might have amazing work, but I have not had anywhere near good service at this point.
