I put in my order the night before, and it arrived mid-afternoon the next day. The arrangement looked just like the picture and was fresh and beautiful. They included the hand written note that I was able to request, and they added in a poem about losing a pet (the rainbow bridge). It was incredibly sweeet and meant so much to my friend.
