  I was referred to Abercrombie because the dealership told me I needed a new Transfer Case for my GMC Canyon. Richard checked out my vehicle and told me that was bull, nothing wrong with it. Abercrombie is about a 50 min drive from my house and there are about 100 repair shops in between. I appreciate honesty over convenience. I fully recommend them.

  Traveled to see my grandson, and my transmission said, naw homie I quit. Hahaha. I called Abercrombie and told them my story. Not only did they send a tow truck, but busted their tails to get me back on the road in just a couple days. Thank y’all for your great customer service and timeliness. To the front office, you three made picking up the truck and cashing out easy. Next time I’m in town I’ll get yall a Dr Pepper. 😎. Thank y’all once again. Ben

  Everyone we spoke to recommended Abercrombie Transmission Service as the only trustworthy place for transmission repair, and they were right. Fortunately, my first job (as a teenager) was working in a transmission shop, so this was the first time in 50 years of car ownership I had to have someone else work on my transmission, and I know enough to know Bobby and his crew did an excellent job in rebuilding the transmission in my wife's 2012 Buick Enclave. We dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon, they gave us a diagnosis and estimate Tuesday morning, and it was ready for pickup by Thursday evening. Bobby explained in detail everything that was done and why, which made me feel even better about the decision to go ahead with the rebuild. I could not have gotten the parts any cheaper or faster, and I certainly could not have done the work that quickly. Not only was the car clean when we got it back, but they also replaced a motor mount that was bad. They did a great job for a great price. I was especially impressed by the reasonable price and the 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on the transmission. They are the only mechanic shop I would recommend.

  This is a fantastic shop! From check in/out, explaining the necessary service and the pricing - this shop was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them!

  Everyone was communicated with us and keep us up to date on what was going on with our vehicles. Our transmission needed to be rebuilt and I expected them to have it for a while. Once we said yes to fixing it, we had our truck back in a few days. I am completely satisfied with their customer service and timing. (The outside cat is pretty sweet and cute too)
