Steer clear. Called to get a quote on coverage. They spent hours of my time and they did not have a clue about contents coverage or what things cost to replace. When we finally waded through all that, they provided a quote - but guess what? They forgot to ask underwriting if they can even offer coverage (which they cannot). Absolutely incompetent. Do not do business with them!
