  Today I took into ABC vacuum shop not one but two vacuum cleaners that were DOA. The first was a Royal vacuum cleaner that had no suction nor would the roller brush turn. When I came into the shop ,the friendly gentleman behind the desk told me he'd be happy to take a look at it and call me with his findings to which I said that would be fine. I then told him I had a second vacuum cleaner in the car that also needed his attention and he asked me what kind it was. I replied it was a Kirby and he said bring it on in. He then asked what the difficulty seemed to be with the Kirby and I told him that the belt was off and someone I knew attempted to take it apart and put the belt back on but was unsuccessful and after taking just a quick look at it, he quickly explained the belt was badly worn out of shape and the real solution was to put a new belt on it which he announced much to my surprise that he could do right on the spot for me. He proceeded to put the belt on, put the vacuum cleaner back together which it had not been in approximately 4 months, and he even put a new bag in for me. All of this took less than 15 minutes and the bill he presented me with was very reasonable indeed. So I have become an instant fan of the shop and it is well worth the drive from adjacent cities to receive this type of service.

  I went in to have a cord replaced on my G5 Kirby vacuum cleaner. Additionally, the plastic casing for it needed replacement. The staff member was polite and friendly. Because they were easy repairs, they were able to get me out in less than 15 minutes. I'm a pleased customer. I'll be back. I highly recommend them.

  The person who works at this location is so nice. Always willing to answer questions. You may have to wait, but it will be worth it.
