When I asked a question about star- only smog checks, the staff heavier set yunger guy, seemed jumpy and upset, he misinterpreted my question as a joke. I was simply trying to clarify if I could bring in vehicles that don't require a star check, as I know star-only services tend to be pricier. I also intended to ask about non-star pricing for future reference but didn't feel comfortable doing so after his reaction. It's important for staff to provide clear assistance, especially since many customers may not be familiar with smog regulations. Service was $90. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
