  From a project management perspective, it was a disaster. The flooring contractor for Abbey Floors used a plumber during the project that quoted me approximately $265 to remove my sink and $265 to reinstall the sink. On the day of installation, the plumber completed upgrades on the sink without communicating to me that he was installing upgrades and charged me $872. This was upsetting because Abbey Floors did nothing to rectify the situation. Abbey Floors became very defensive and insulted me by stating, “Maybe you should have done a better job negotiating.” I wouldn’t recommend this company and do your due diligence if you come into contact with them. I wouldn’t have given them one star but I was required to make this post.

  We had new carpet installed in a home we bought in Olympia and were extremely pleased with the experience. Every employee from Abbey was knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. And, the carpet looks terrific!! We would definitely use this store in the future!

  Although the tile we bought from Abbey Floors was beautiful, the purchasing experience was very disappointing. The salesperson went along with our talk of buying more tile than we needed without mentioning that the tile we were buying was a special order and therefore not able to be returned. Even though we said, "we can always return what we don't use". The only reason we decided to buy extra is that she did not seem able to calculate with any confidence how much was needed. Let me state that this was a VERY small tile job. About 25 SF, with very clear information from us, including a photo, on which you could very clearly count the exact number of tiles we were replacing. This should not have been difficult for a professional. This small fireplace surround replacement cost much more than it should have. We won't be going back. We even e-mailed both of the owners, neither of whom bothered to so much as respond to say they were sorry we didn't have a positive experience.

  WOW!!! Out of three different businesses contacted for flooring - Abbey Capital Floors was the only one who provided an Estimate same day! They are professional, prompt, courteous, efficient, and easy to communicate with. We recommend them highly - and are certain you will be delighted!

  This is my second, great experience with Abbey Capitol Floors. The carpet is a great product and support was excellent. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Special thanks to owners Blake and Lori for their guidance and assistance. Carl and Dave were helpful as well. Andres performed the installation. Quick, professional & looks exceptional . Well done. Capitol Floors also installed my wood flooring last year. Blake, owner stood by me when other businesses likely would not. My installer hung in there through a significant complication as well. Professional, competent. I trust this business.
