  My wife and I had been struggling with the burden of our timeshare costs for the past three years following an abrupt change in our financial situation. Despite repeated efforts, we were unable to work out a solution with Vistana / Marriott Vacation Resorts. In April 2025, we reached out to the Aaronson Law Firm in desperation. Within just four months, they secured a complete release from our timeshare obligations. Throughout the process, everyone at Aaronson was professional, courteous, and responsive to our questions. Choosing Aaronson to represent us in our dealings with Marriott has truly been a blessing.

  I had a question about a Special Warranty Deed I was being offered to get out of a timeshare foreclosure. I reached out to Aaronson Law Firm to make sure the documents were in order. I met with Stacey briefly, she sent me an email to send over the documents the same day, and within 2 days, I had a response. I would definitely reach out to them again if I need assistance in a real estate legal matter again.

  I had a very good experience with the Aaronson Law Firm. I knew it would not be easy to cancel my time share but I had no choice but to give it a try and wait patiently. Whenever I called the office, they responded very professionally and let me know that it usually takes about 1-2 years. After 1.5 years, I am so relieved to hear back from their office. I was so relieved when they were successful in helping me out of the contract. I highly recommend using this firm to help with your legal matters.
