OMG! my agent was Hannah and I could not have been more pleased with the experience. She was personable, while professional. She also had the opportunity to exhibit her extensive knowledge. After listening to my non-standard circumstances, she recommended that a renters policy would more closely align with my goals even though I own my home. I had never even considered this possibility, precisely because I own my own home. In one inspired suggestion, she eliminated my concerns, expanded my coverage, and at a significant cost savings. Bravo!
As for my auto policy, she shined once again, both while and by saving me half of what a had been previously paying, Once again, Bravo!
She was able to win over an extremely upset old man (age only being mentioned, exactly becauae it's the source of my problem). We began with me being very upset that the quote I had requested generated an exorbitant premium based on the replacement cost of my house (understandably higher than the appraised price), but I wanted neither. I wanted a relatively low, defined total payout in the event the house were destroyed. My biggest concern was that the policy cover any property related liability. Lower coverage lower premium, or so I thought. Instead, I was seeing a situation whereby, in order to obtain the liability that I absolutely wanted, I could not go less than 100% of the cost of the house. And not at the lower appraised price, but at the even higher replacement cost-further inflating the premium. I was facing an all-or-nothing choice and I was upset. That's why her inspired suggestion made all the difference; I immediately saw the brilliance as that made everything click into place.
By carefully listening to my semi-rant, she was able to identify the source of my problem and offer an elegant solution, winning me over along the way.

The employees at Aaron Bussard's have gone out of their way to help my daughter and me change our insurance. All who work there have been friendly and caring. A special thanks goes out to Jamie Smith who helped tremendously in our attempt to cancel former insurer. Jamie was sympathetic to my frustration with that insurer and never gave up in helping me.
