  It was great customer service! Tracy was very helpful with my wife and getting our vacuum repaired. The prices on filters are pretty reasonable too! I will continue to do business with AAA Vacuum over Sweeper World any day of the week!

  Horrible customer service from the girl Tracy that works on the carpet cleaners. She told me that the parts weren't covered under bissell for warranty and wanted to charge me but when I called bissell, they said I shouldn't be charged and it is covered under warranty. Tracy however refused to believe what bissell told me and get very rude and said she would call bissell and basically keep me from getting my parts under warranty for spite. Very unprofessional. Never go there. I think she is trying to pull a fast one on people to pay more than a warranty would pay them.
