I had John W. out today to have a new EV outlet installed in my garage. I couldn't be happier with his service, professionalism and ability to get the job done right! I took the day off work to have this done and another company canceled 10 minutes before my appointment window. Called AAA and like magic, John W was at my door to get it done. He saved me what would have been a wasted "vacation day" from work. He got the outlet installed quickly and exactly where I wanted it. John was very respectful of my house and made sure my outdoor gates were closed (for my dog) without me even having to ask. Will be calling to schedule some plumbing repairs in the future because of how much I appreciated his service!

I want to give a huge thanks to Greg Thompson and Chris Young for their outstanding work on our water filtration/plumbing and HVAC systems. Greg Thompson went above and beyond to find the right UV light for our well water system, fix our water softener issues, and educate us about how everything works. His professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic are truly impressive. Chris Young did an amazing job fixing our furnace and whole-house humidifier. He clearly explained how the system works and corrected misinformation we had received from others in the past. His expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend both Greg and Chris for their expertise, integrity, and sincerity. They are true professionals who take pride in their work!

I’m leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents, who are in their 70s and 80s. On 9/25/25 they had a scheduled furnace check with AAA. Instead of focusing on the furnace, the tech, Alejandro, immediately shifted to their water heater, pointing out issues and pressuring them into a $6,000+ replacement. My parents, who live on a fixed income, felt panicked and overwhelmed. When they later told him they wanted to cancel — well within Colorado’s 72-hour right-to-cancel law — he told them in a raised voice, “You can’t cancel now, you signed the waiver.” That statement was misleading and left them feeling trapped into going forward with the job. While the installers were polite and did good work, the sales tactics were aggressive, fear-based, and, in my view, predatory toward seniors. As of today, my parents are still waiting for over $1,200 in promised refunds. AAA may do decent installation work, but the way my parents were treated was unacceptable. If you have elderly family members, I strongly recommend being present during any appointments with this company. On a side note, take a look at their Yelp reviews to get a true reflection of the way they operate. ****IF AAA reaches out to either me or my parents to make a good faith effort to rectify things, I will update this review to reflect that.*****

On 9/25/25, Al arrived around noon for a scheduled furnace check. Within a minute of looking at the furnace, he pointed out that our hot water heater was dripping into the pan below. His reaction was rushed and intense, with questions like, “Where did you buy this water heater?” and “Did you have it drained every year?” He told us that Home Depot water heaters are “no good.” As seniors in our 70s and 80s on a fixed income, this immediately caused us great concern. Al then tested our water pressure and declared it high, repeatedly insisting, “We can fix this today!” He presented us with a replacement estimate of over $6,000 for a new water heater and pressure regulator. When I could not reach my son (who runs a handyman business) right away, I felt pressured to sign digital documents agreeing to the work. Later, when I finally reached my son, he reminded me that Colorado law allows a 72-hour cancellation window for such contracts. When I told Al I wanted to cancel, he loudly insisted, “You can’t cancel now. You signed the waiver. The crew is on its way.” This left us feeling trapped, even though we later discovered we did in fact still have the right to cancel. Although the installation crew (led by Damian) was polite and professional, we believe we were subjected to high-pressure sales tactics and were not given full or honest disclosure about our rights. Adding to our frustration, Alejandro suggested removing one component to lower the cost, but the $1,022.55 credit has not yet been refunded. Nor has the $199 for the unwanted “Happy Home” program. We now have a functioning water heater, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. Had we been told the truth about our right to cancel, we would have sought multiple bids, as we always do for large jobs. We are reporting this experience to the BBB and Colorado Consumer Protection. **Summary:** * High-pressure, fear-based sales tactics used. * Misled about our right to cancel a contract. * Refunds still not issued as promised. * Installation crew was polite, but the sales experience left us feeling misled and taken advantage of.

Pros: The installation crew put down mats to protect my floors and were very careful not to ding the walls. Installation of the inside and outside unit looks very clean and professional. The crew was polite and worked diligently. I even bought them lunch. Cons: They left my electrical panel disassembled as seen attached. The system they installed (Daiken) is wildly uncalibrated. As seen in the pictures the thermostat never has the right temperature of the house. Also, these past two days the new system has struggled to keep my house below 74 on an 80 degree day no matter how low I set it. I’m worried about what’s going to happen next summer when temps reach 100! Finally, the system was installed on a Friday. I called Saturday to explain the situation and they said they would have someone out between 2pm and 6pm. 5pm rolls around and they call me and tell me that they won’t be able to get someone out here until Monday. I just spent 24k on a new system! I know it’s a weekend but I know they have crews that work weekends! It’s also late September which is well outside the busy season for them. They got a few out here in less than 24 hours to install the system and take my money but they can’t get someone out here after the fact?! It’s not exactly an emergency and I get that. But after spending 24k I expected top notch customer service.
