  Owner came out and did estimate. He should retire. Seemed arrogant, stuck in old ways. Was very brief & lacks creativity. Said he’s been doing what he does for 50+ years. And couldn’t figure out a way to build a basic pool in a basic neighborhood for 70k. “I don’t build pools for everybody” - I see that!

  I like to give credit when credit is due. I left to go on vacation and when I came back 10 days later my pool was green. My husband tried to maintain and keep up with it while I was gone but unfortunately, the other pool company that we were going to in Fredericksburg was misinforming him of the chemicals and amounts to add. I went to AAA pool on a Monday morning and spoke with Ian on our situation and we worked on a game plan for clearing the pool up by that Saturday for a pool party we were hosting. With a bunch of scrubbing, backwashing, and rebalancing the chemicals levels, we were able to achieve our goal! It took time and patience and wasn’t something that was going to just happen over night. I am thankful for the professional guidance I got from Ian, and AAA has become our #1 pool company to go to for all our help! They really know what they are doing and talking about when it comes to pool care.

  Went there to buy a Flo sensor for my Hayward pool , said they had it in stock , showed up and they wanted $349.99 -399.00 for the same sensor you can buy from the pool manufacturer itself for $40. What a shame to have that much of a markup , never going there again. Highway robbery. I get there is inflation but thats outrageous

  Really impressed with AAA pools. They saw what was needed for our special needs family and helped make our pool a special place to foster wonderful memories. Ian especially helped to keep everything on track for us. Thanks AAA!
