If you are planning to buy equipment for your business or restaurant please stay away from THIS PLACE!! Before we make any purchase they were promising they will take care of everything, and that they have been in business for over 20yrs. We decided to moving forward with them even those their pricing were little higher but with their promises we felt more comfortable dealing with them in the long run. Bought all new equipments for brand new business less than 6 months ago, operated the equipment for about 5 months. Ice machine stops making ice, stove burners been having issue as well. Contacted them multiple times for the burners and not much of a help. Then ice machine issue came. They told me to call 1-800 numbers! Really? You told me you will take care it but send me to 1-800 numbers and deal with it???! What’s worse is 1-800 numbers told you to wait for someone to contact you and then will send someone out to see your issue! That could be weeks! We are going for days without ice and having to buy ice on hour after hours! This is sad that you lied to your customers about what you were going to do for them and turnaround push your problem to manufacture! Shame on you! Every single one I know I’ll make sure they will not be buying anything from you! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Very bad experience with this company. Upon starting a new small business, we went to this company to try and get some equipment at a decent price. We bought a mini fridge and a counter top warmer, but both had issues that required attention prior to us even bringing them home. We paid 350 on for the warmer and 300 on the fridge. The warmer needed glass doors. After a week we were told we could come get the warmer, but fridge was not ready. Called and spoke to the owner James to see if the fridge was ready and he voiced his displeasure that we had been sold the fridge for 300. He thought that was less than he could have gotten. He was obviously annoyed. Low and behold after another week, we were told the fridge couldn't be fixed and we would have to get refund. Seemed to me James wanted to put it back on the market for more. Doesn’t end there... when we were finally ready to open 3 months later and got ready to use the warmer, the glass shattered. I called James and explained this and to my shock, he accused me of breaking it!!! Why would I sabotage my own opening? I was very upset and disgusted. When we did bring it back turns out it doesn't even work anyway because it has an electral problem as well. The mechanic even said "oh, the one with the messed up power botton?" They REFUSE to refund us. We don't want the warmer. But they "FIXED" it and said they will only give $75 for it if we don't want to take it back. Its BROKE! we had to buy a new one. We lost 350 on something that never worked. Poor customer service. Poor ethics, don't trust these people.
