  People are relying on you to be open when you say you’re going to be open. This is even more true with the lack of payment options or any kind of after hours service. Very frustrating.

  Store your stuff here if you want it stolen. Sure they’ll give you a refund on your remaining rental but they admitted they knew they had a theft problem and didn’t “increase” security measures until it was too late. Their “security” isn’t on premise 24/7. Or whoever steals your stuff follows someone else in and someone else out. Have insurance on your stuff and locks. It’s not a matter of if but when…
