  Adam was great. He called ahead, showed up on time and was super professional and friendly. He quickly fixed my garage door, cleaned it up, and added oil. I’m definitely keeping his card.

  Drew came out to install a new garage door and jackshaft opener for me and was pretty amazing. Showed up on time, explained everything to me, did a great job with the install, and was done an hour earlier than planned. Great experience with Drew and A1!

  We called A1 Garage Door Service to our residence because our garage door was howling for help. As it turned out, it was begging to be put out of its misery from old age...lol Adam Knotts was our technician and he was absolutely amazing. Kind, courteous, and very informative. (Turns out he likes baseball which is extra points in my book...lol) After installing a new door, he made sure we understood the new technology, including helping to download the app on our phones and making sure we knew how it worked. As someone who is passionate about customer service, this was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

  Jason was A1. He showed up promptly for the appointment. He listened carefully and determined what service would work best for our home. He showed samples of the equipment options and explained the differences between those options. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours. We were comfortable having Jason in our home. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.Chris was super helpful with product pricing and consultation.
