Winter plowing was substandard at best. Snow was piled close enough to the structure to prevent escape from ground floor windows and kill landscaping shrubbery. Moving forward to summer maintenance... We replaced the landscaping at our own cost and labor. Recently my hostas fell to a terminal fate at the hand of their weedwacker.
