    If I could put in negative stars I would, I now understand why this place has the worst reviews, I fractured my foot and needed to rent a knee scooter and went in on Saturday knowing about the reviews so was extra extra kind. I was treated like I was a headache for both the women there. over the weekend I was able to obtain a scooter free of charge on next door from a very nice person, so I emailed A to Z medical supplies to ask for a refund for day's not used (4 days) no reply. I now just called the store and was told no refund but store credit for days not used, then put on hold for a long time, only for her to return to the call stating this time no store credit, or refund, or anything with huge attitude. So I now wish I had used any of the many other medical supply stores in S.F. and can not stress enough do not use this supply store ever, they are so unprofessional and very nasty with lots of attitude, at the time when injured people are needing compassion.

    I don't know what kind of business this is. Handicapped people need urgent support, and those people are taking 3 months to send a very simple walker attachment. Worst entity I dealt with in my whole life.

    So far I'm giving them a 3. I got a walker, the kind you can sit on if you need to. It did take a long time for them to get it ready for pick up, but finally it was picked up Aug. 2022. In October 2022, the left side handle started getting very loose, no big deal, I just screw it back in, well you canr, it won't for some reason. I'm now waiting for a call back to see if they can call e & walk me through it, it look like simple thing to fix, but it's not, so will see.

    HOME BOUND ELDER IGNORED- My friend waited for MANY months for her electric wheelchair, leaving her home bound unless someone came to take her out. Within weeks the wheelchair broke down and weeks to come evaluate it. Now weeks and NO RETURN CALLS regarding the parts needed and repair date. Years without the life changing means of transportation. I’m waiting for a callback after many calls.
