They do not sub out their installations. My shades were ordered and here when they said. Installation was quick and professional. Mike was not pushy at all. He Did have great input when asked about shades for glass doors going outside. What I thought that I wanted changed after talking with him and seeing the samples and I am SO GLAD because I am very pleased with the end result. I don’t usually do reviews, but I solely reached out to them and took a chance based on their reviews even though I didn’t find a lot of recent ones. No regrets. Very satisfied.

Terrible follow up with hardware that we we were told would be repaired with no response after ~ 6 months (Faulty chain on an outdoor roller shade) Updated review to 4 stars; responded to my email literally the day after my lackluster review went up. Frustrated that it took this review to get them to respond, but they completed their repair work very promptly.
