  0 Stars aren't allowed, but that's what this service deserves. Not responsive. Rude text messages, and absolutely no help at all. Our pool repairman went through this company for a gas heater warranty. After less than 9 months our $5K gas heater failed. We used our pool and spa during the winter and did frequent PH tests. Our pool chemistry was not off, but our heater corroded completely in less than 9 months. When we contacted this company about the warranty, we were told that we should have registered the heater within 90 days (information we were never given) and that we were out of luck on a $5K part with a 2 year warranty because of that. In addition, he never contacted us after frequent requests until we directly text messaged him, and then lied and said that he had tried to call. His text messages were rude. He provided no service. And he refused to even help with our warranty, and never even visited our home. Do not do business with Alan or AR Pool Service.
