  Was in the market for a safe. Stopped in to A Preferred lock in white plains today and was greeted by Sean. I explained to him what I was looking for and he was very helpful and understood my needs for a safe. He reviewed the models with me very carefully and thoroughly. This young man was polite and knowledgeable I knew there was no future shopping necessary. I purchased the safe and he helped load it into my truck. I would highly recommend Sean and A Preferred lock

  Had an awesome experience today!!! Kevin was professional...punctual and didnt try to make money! He was honest and went above and beyond to replace my decade old locks that were obviously in bad shape! In addition, watching him teach his son to help and install was very moving!!! He made a new client for life!!! THANK U KEVIN AND PLEASE USE HIM!!! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!

  When I got to the store the worker was closing the store and I asked him if he could make a copy. He was generous and took the time to make the copy of the key. He was very kind, respectful, and professional. He made the copies and was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend coming to this place. Customer service is #1!!

  Kevin and his team are the best. Not only were they available to take my call and accommodate a difficult timeline, they re-keyed all the cylinders when the manufacturer did not key them the way they should have been. The work was flawless, he made sure everything was aligned, and even helped me program everything. And the price was the best I could find when I shopped around. Now I know better and will call Kevin the first time, every time. I really can't say enough great things - I'm truly grateful and will be back again and again.

  I use A Preferred Locksmith at The Source at White Plains and the have always been dependable, reliable, knowledgeable and always fair priced. I have dozens of locksmiths that want our business but I realized that when I took over The Source at White Plains I hit the jackpot inheriting A Preferred Locksmith.
