  We had the pleasure of working with Grover for our garage door service, and we couldn’t be more impressed! He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Grover took the time to walk us through several options and pricing details, helping us make an informed decision. Once we chose what we wanted, he completed the job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything spotless and well-organized. Grover went above and beyond by taking the time to explain all the new features of our garage door motor, keypads, and remotes. He even made sure our cars and phones were properly linked so everything worked seamlessly. This was truly one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had. Grover’s professionalism, attention to detail, and customer care are top-notch. We would highly recommend him 100%! Posting picture of spring broken and after he replaced them.

  Had my garage door crash late last night and realized the motor was really old. I contacted A Plus and a few other companies, A Plus responded within 5 minutes and had me scheduled for first thing in the morning. The technician, Grover, was professional, friendly, and quickly identified the issue. Pricing was right in line with my research, and he had everything up and running within a couple hours. He even helped me set up the app on my phone before leaving. I was so impressed that I decided to sign up for their monthly service subscription. Highly recommend A Plus for fast, professional, and reliable service!

  John-Luke was great to work with letting me know well ahead of his arrival that he was on his way with an ETA. Great explanations of recommended services without the pushy pressure of sales. When I asked further information and about Individual services versus packages that are offered. There was transparency and great communication. John-Luke gave great, detailed overview of how each component works and was incredibly knowledgeable, Answering all of the questions I had. He even gifted the dogs, a couple fresh bandannas! I will highly recommend to my client’s neighbors and family!

  We’ve been using A+ Garage Doors for about eight years. I have nothing negative to say about them. They’ve always been kind, patient & on time. They explain everything before they start the job, so you know what you’re going to pay. That last part is important because nobody else does that anymore. I highly recommend this company. The technician that came out today, his name is Maxwell Costello. You should ask for him to come do your service. I was very impressed with Max. He was very clean cut, patient, and overall I just had a pleasant experience with him. Sariah (CXR), whom I spoke with on the phone, laughed and giggled on the phone with me, which evidently shows she really loves her job. Thank you, A+ Garage Doors for keeping us up and running, no pun intended. Kudos to Sariah, Max, et al for all your hard work and dedication to Your customers!!

  Our garage door had been giving us issues intermittently for quite a while now the sensors were kind of Janky and then it wasn’t even going up and down and it was probably getting to the end of its life and yeah, we had Holden come out for the $49 special and you know, I kind of figured that it might need to be replaced and he just let us know. You know that the things were kind of wearing out they were towards the end of their life and gave us a quote seemed like a reasonable deal and he installed it for us right then in there and he did a great job. Holden was super personable, and I didn’t mind that we were watching him and asking him all kinds of questions. Overall, a great experience. I didn’t know that this company is actually one of the biggest ones in Utah and Holden himself has been with them like six years so that’s the kind of person you want to show up and do your garage door in my opinion. Thanks guys!
