  Very rude disrespectful front office they’re making up rules as they go steer clear of Belvidere Chrysler drive location very very rude disrespectful lazy and not very technically proficient with computers on social security paid on 3rd every month person who I’ve talked with since move in every month says to me okay I’ll let them know or I’ll put a note into the system submit payment on the 3rd. Yet still getting texts of no money in account EVERY month have to call to remind them because they are not doing their job CORPORATE hello I’m moving to a bigger place 50$ cheaper later looser lazy front office like vacations in Florida without dumb text messages don’t need the stress retiree’s goto other storage companies they don’t like retiree’s REALLY cube smart anyone but LAZY a place for space should read “A PLACE FOR STRESS “👎👎👎👎👎✋
