  I first found A&N Diesel through a mutual friend of the owner while searching for a reputable, high-quality repair shop here in Louisa County. Let’s be real — finding trustworthy diesel mechanics in this area isn’t easy, but I struck gold with A&N. In September 2024, I needed the upper oil seal replaced on my F-250 (6.7 owners know this one all too well), and A&N knocked it out of the park. The repair was done right, and the price was fair for the work involved. Fast forward to August 2025, I came back with an oil cooler leak, worn cab bushings after 11 years of use, and a request for heavy-duty front springs. Despite a busy schedule, A&N got me in and took care of everything with the same top-notch quality and solid communication I’d experienced before. Be prepared to wait a bit — their reputation means they’re always booked up — but the wait is absolutely worth it. Austin, Kevin, and the whole crew don’t cut corners just to rush jobs through. They do it right the first time, and that’s exactly what you want when it comes to diesel work. If you’re in Louisa and need diesel repair done right, A&N Diesel is the place. Stand-up guys, excellent workmanship, and service you can trust.

  I had a 5/5 experience! Kevin and Jim are great in the office, and offered excellent customer service every step of the way. To be frank, the work wasn’t cheap, but I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our diesel F350 Super Duty is back up and running at top efficiency, and I feel good knowing we can haul our animals safely; I trust the safety of our truck more than I have in years.   Austin and his crew came in clutch for me on an issue with my 2005 F-350 6.0L Power Stoke. A month prior I had a bad high pressure oil leak diagnosed by a friends shop whom I thought was going to put me first in communication and quality. Well, that turned out to be a an absolute false turn of events. My friend’s shop replaced the stand pipes and dummy plugs, called and said it’s ready! Now mind you it took him over 2 weeks to diagnose it, buy the cheapest parts from the advance auto parts up the street and Install that crap in my beloved 6.0L. Now, I also missed a big trip to the Midwest due to this “I’ll get to it when I get to it” mentality and no communication. When I finally got it back it wasn’t quite the same but it started. But I noticed as it got hot it was getting worse to where I was worried it was going to leave me stranded again. Finally on September 2nd it failed to start in my driveway. A month and a half from the original repair. I had barely any starting oil pressure. Organized a tow and dropped off the truck to A&N on a Monday, and he had it tore down and diagnosed again by Tuesday afternoon. Yep…huge oil leak on the passenger side stand pipe that was just replaced. He also noted that 6 out of the 8 injector seals were leaking badly contributing to the leak. Hmm…other guy must have missed that in their haste to get me out quick. Austin was able to get the truck all patched up with 8 new injector seal kits and OEM stand pipes. No more leaks!! It did take a little while to get done but that was not their fault. Ford was cherry picking them parts here and there. They didn’t get them all in one shot! But so far so good and the truck is running great! His communication is top notch and I can sometimes be overbearing with communications but he was there every time to answer! Thanks again for the great job and you’ll have my future 6.0L business!!
