took my silverado to this business for hail dent repair and paint on the roof and hood.explained i wanted the hood and roof stripped and primed,sealed and painted.estimate was ok and john ed said bring it on monday and would be finished on friday.they were busy so they asked me to bring it in the next day.ok.took it in.they kept the truck 3 weeks with me checking on it quite a bit.was told it was complete and ready for pick up.when i went there on saturday and saw it i couldnt believe how bad it looked.the paint on the hood was chipped,runs in the paint,could see the terrible body work through the paint job on the hood.primer or some kind of yellowish,whitish substance on the door side moulding.(john ed said he didnt know what it was that it must be from sitting in the sun.i told him it was not faded from sun that they got something on both sides that wasnt there when i brought it in.he agreed to paint the moulding and said just give him a chance to make it right.he said he would do it immediately monday.there was also bad overspray on the doors and cab.he said the painter was new and messed it up and had been fired.(but he tried to have me accept this terrible work.i did not) so i hesitantly left it there to be re-done and almost 2 more weeks go by and they say its ready.well now the hood looks good and the doors are acceptable but the hail damage on the roof is still visible and there are smudges in the clearcoat.i got my truck out of there because my faith in their abilities to do any better was not good. the whole experience was really bad.will never do business with them again and am hoping people will not trust their vehicle with them. very bad experience and unproffessional.

Was blown away by the service here! Brought my car in with a dented and scratched bumper area and he had it in perfect condition within less than 24 hours. So grateful. At a great price too, and with such kind countenance. Would for sure recommend to anyone!!!

We brought my husband’s, truck here for bodywork after a hailstorm. We were quoted that the truck would be done with two weeks. Two weeks comes and goes we don’t hear anything from them we have to reach out and the truck isn’t complete they tell us it will be ready to pick up the following week. Weekend comes and we don’t hear from them We call on Monday and tell them me need it back because we no longer have the rental car. We go to pick the vehicle up and it is not completed at all. Taillight is missing and the molding isn’t finish. The lady in the office say well it’s driveable, that wasn’t the issue to begin with we brought the truck for body work and how am I supposed to drive without a taillight.Tell them they have to the end of the week we call today and they are surprisingly STILL not done with the vehicle this is ridiculous and not how to run a business

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. This is all a true story and this all happened last semester in the end of 2024. My car got totaled in an incident and I decided to take it to A&M Twin City paint because I had one short experience with them in my past and they treated me well. They stopped responding to me after a month of having my car and it wasn’t until I went back in person physically that I found out that after two months, they had barely touched it. I have to become far more aggressive to get what I want, and I get told lies and lies about the completion of my car. After finally being told my car was finished, I returned back to the shop and see that there are still multiple mistakes on the outside, along with a check engine light. The owner of the shop, Johnny, who is a terrible manager and terrible with customer interaction, assured me my car was somehow fine. His business role model is to lie his way to success. After getting my car, and being told, it was perfectly running, it broke down on a very busy street about 10 minutes later. I was the one who ended up having to pay for the tow truck and I was the one who lost even more time without a car. I could instantly tell that this guy does this on any young college student who dares to come to his shop. I am assertive, and I know a good bit about cars, and I could tell that, without that knowledge that he would’ve taken even more advantage of me and he would do this to anyone else. By far the worst shop or company I’ve ever dealt with please do not interact with them.
