  AJ Waterproofing did an outstanding job at my home. They installed French drains, a drainage channel, and a box in the front of the house—and went above and beyond by even weeding my front flower bed and regrading it without me asking. They also hooked up a brand new sump pump and integrated my old one as a backup, running all new piping to the outside. A.J. and his crew were wonderful to work with: professional, hardworking, and dedicated. They showed up early, worked efficiently, and completed the project above expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend AJ Waterproofing to anyone in need of drainage or waterproofing work.

  AJ was an absolute lifesaver! We moved into a home with an obnoxiously loud sump pump that made it hard to enjoy the space, and AJ came to the rescue. He replaced the pump quickly and professionally—and the noise completely disappeared. On top of that, he installed a French drain system that gave us peace of mind about basement flooding. AJ is extremely responsive, personable, and clearly knows his craft. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks again!

  When we bought our house back in 2018, we saw a French drain at the top of our driveway but didn’t think anything of it. One storm later, we noticed the drain wasn’t working properly. The entire walkway was underwater. If we wanted to walk out of our front door, we had to cut through the garden beds to avoid water up to our calves. The driveway was also completely under water and backing up into our garage. We don’t have a shed so all of our outdoor lawn equipment is housed in that garage. Every time it rained, we were running to move the lawn mower and snow blower as far back as we could to avoid water damage. Any and all mulch from the previous owners would just wash down the drain so we felt it was pointless to purchase it again in the future. After 7 years of no mulch and/or landscaping, I couldn’t take it anymore. I called in several different professionals to assess the situation. Every single one of them proposed a totally different solution. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. That’s when my dad told me about AJ Waterproofing and I reached out to Anthony. He immediately responded and proposed a solution solely based off of the pictures I had sent him. When he came to assess the job in person, that plan did not change. He was extremely knowledgeable and so confident he could fix my issue that he offered a lifetime guarantee with his work. Therefore, I offered him the job on the spot. Not only did he come out to do the work on a Saturday and Sunday, but he was so professional and willing to go the extra mile for me. He did everything I asked and more. We just had our first storm post AJ Waterproofing and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Anthony has been such a godsend and I’m so thankful that I found him! I’m finally able to get landscaping and make this house a beautiful home! Thank you soooo much AJ waterproofing-and to anyone looking-HIRE THEM, you won’t regret it!
