  I was upgrading the trellis cross arms I have for a small home vineyard now that my 2-year old vines are well on the way to reaching the upper wires. I had not used A&J Vineyard Supply before, but in looking through their trellis products I saw that they sell V cross arms which was what I was looking for. I was unsure about the configuration of U bolts to use with my line posts which are not the type I see most vineyards using. So I texted and spoke a number of times with Francisco Navarete in their customer support area. Francisco was extremely helpful and knowledgable, and he made sure that I first had a couple of sample cross arms and U bolts to try out to help me decide, and to make sure I would have compatibility between the new cross arms and my existing posts. In the end I had a smooth upgrade and changed out all my cross arms with new ones rom A&J Vineyard Supply without a hitch. Dealing with A&J and with Francisco alleviated all the risk of ordering the wrong hardware and/or gettiong something that I ended up not being satisfied with.
