  Perry has done a lot of work for us in the past -always exceptional. He installed 2 new fireplace inserts in our old home and did a fabulous job; they looked gorgeous. When we moved a couple years ago, he brought the old fireplace back to life with a thorough cleaning, reset the logs to look much better, and installed a new remote system that allows us control the fireplace with a thermostat function (Yay! Much better than using a wall switch to it flip on/off). This week, when the remote had stopped “talking” to the receiver, he called me & walked me through opening up the fireplace & replacing the receiver’s batteries instead of coming out on a service call, which would have cost him time and me money. Perry is not only the most knowledgeable fireplace repair person, but the kindest person you could hire for any fireplace install/repair! We HIGHLY recommend him!!

  Perry is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done fast and correctly. Timely - on time. Does exactly what he says he's going to do, when he'll be there, and explaining any questions you may have. 2 thumbs up!
