When our basement flooded late on a Sunday evening with sewer water during a storm, I spoke with Brian immediately and Julio was at our home within the hour. Julio and his team worked until 1:30am that night making sure our basement was in good shape and no further water damage occurred. It was a week-long process of removing damaged items, taking out the floor and baseboards, disinfecting, and installation fans/dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, my husband and I had very positive interactions with both Brian (over the phone) and Julio (in-person, at our home). They were sympathetic, respectful, competent, well-informed and generally pleasant to work with through a frustrating period. We would highly recommend A-Emergency, solely based on our positive interactions with Brian and Julio.
