  Beverly took 48 hours to finally respond with a date and time to come out and inspect our pier and beam home. Upon arrival she looked only from the outside of the home, looking just at the 2 spots my husband dug out around the house. She did not look inside, didn’t take any measurements of any kind. She did not ask any questions or offer different solutions or options. She was there max 5 minutes and quoted my husband minimum of $25,000. How can you give an accurate quote without measuring and/or looking at the problem areas. Also asking if we have had anyone else out to look at our home. Extremely disappointed. Seemed as they couldn’t care less if they received our business. Needless to say we will not be using A-Custom Foundation.
