  Excellent business. I needed someone trustworthy to help maintain my elderly dad's sprinkler system; Charlie fit the bill in every manner. Great communication, prompt service, reasonable pricing, and went above and beyond to help me discreetly manage service calls while maintaining respect for my dad as the elder and homeowner. Thorough and knowledgable; did a full walkthrough of the system with me so I could learn how everything works and what to monitor. This one's a keeper.

  Charles is an outstanding sprinkler guy who runs a honest business. I have referred him to several friends and family and I highly suggest him to anyone looking for a timely professional that will get the job done and not overcharge you.

  Not only was the first phone call answered and details were provided, but same day service was offered. They arrived on time, providing a full inspection as well as taking time to explain the issues in full detail, along with various options. A formal bid was emailed that included full detail of what is in need of repair/replacement. I received a text message to ensure the emailed bid was received as well. Communication and detail is strong with Charles and I am looking forward to using them as well as providing their name for reference.
