  Recently had a window replaced and was very happy with the quick response time. The window did have to be ordered bit was only 2-3 weeks wait. The install was quick and very professional. Good communication and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again.

  DO NOT HIRE - Cross reference these reviews with Yelp Had a window pane that needed replacement with a deadline of 2.5 weeks. They said this would not be a problem. Had to constantly keep on top of email communications and the timeline quickly diminished as they continued to give me details of how to take exact measurements even after I told them I didn't have the tools to be as accurate as needed. Just before installing, I asked them to come out and take the measurements themselves so we could do this once and be done with it. They never responded but just showed up unannounced to my home to take the measurements anyway. We then scheduled an install date and they are over an hour late despite my appointment being first thing in the morning (so other jobs they had shouldn't have been an issue). Also had to call them to ask where the person was and got placed on hold for over 5 minutes before I had to hang up and call again---that time I got right through and got a quick answer. Pretty sure he forgot I was on hold completely. Summary: Though I have nothing to compare it against, the pricing seems fair as far as I can tell. But with the very poor communication and lack of professionalism, I wouldn't go with this company again. Every step of the way I doubted whether they would be able to complete things on time and a ton of time was wasted with the back and forth emails. They were never rude but just didn't seem to have it together which caused a lot of extra frustration on our side.
