Bill came within the hour, took a look and said he couldn't repair it that day due to type of lock. I had an old lock that I had found that morning and was going to take to dump (the old lock to that door that we had to get replaced a number of years ago). Bill looked at it, took it apart, cannibalize parts from it, and was able to repair the door so it works fine. Relief!! Great job, Bill.
