- RRR Rapp1321Oct 12, 20255.0We recently had our DE filter and chlorinator replaced by A-Affordable. While replacing our DE filter, the tech noticed our check valve wasn't chlorine resistant and was pretty much destroyed. We had him inatall a new check valve. Later Jeff called and told us the parts store sent the wrong check value, and A-Affordable would come back and replace the incorrect part for free. It has been a long time since I have had someone admit a mistake happened and then fix it for free. These guys really do quality work and care about doing the right thing.
- TTTim TsuiAug 29, 20255.0Experience with Suntex for the last few yeasrs have been great. Customer Service, especially with Casey, is excellent as well as Bryan, who cleans our pool. Do appreciate everything they do. Oh. Not to forget about Preston who services our pool. Do wish the monthly price could be lower. Would like to see if the pool owner could supply the chlorine, which may help to bring the monthly charge down. Understanding the grades of chlorine, if Suntex provides a list of suppliers, that may ease the issue of the different grades. Yes, I agree, proof of purchase should be required. Anyway, Thank you once again.

- JPJennifer PettinatoAug 18, 20255.0I called them and about 10 others in June. Not only did they answer the phone....which is rare but Jose was super friendly. They were able to repair my pool equipment in a few days. Everyone else I called it would take 3-5 days to get a call back or event get someone out just to look at my equipment. Secondly, during the repair service Jeff was very communicative. I also had them come out to look at stonework repairs, and repairing hail damage on the deck. I learned so much from John the owner who came out to look at the repairs. As a result, I will be switching over my monthly service to them as well. Very communicative, quality and timely repairs.... Just great people!!!
- TAtom archerAug 8, 20251.0Avoid this company. I was told very conflicting details when it came to billing. Was told it was $95 for the service call and first hour of labor and each additional 1/2 hour was $55 dollars. I was charged $95 plus $165 for less than 1.5 hours work. The reason given was the that since work/labor was performed, the $165 was based on the services/repairs provided. This is a total bait and switch tactic. AVOID!! I was never quoted a total, ever. That is a complete lie. And your prices were hidden in the $95 service call for the first hour.
