  After so many 5 star reviews I'll have to give them a 1star review. They didn't do the right thing. Very nice people when it comes to taking your money but a whole different story when they have to return it. We had $5000 in collateral but when it came time to return it the manager or owner was never available. I spoke with 4 different people and made multiple calls in a 2 week period with no results. I kept getting the same answer " you have to talk to the manager" . No one ever called me until I file a complaint with the Bail Bonds Compliance Department. After doing that within 2 hours I got a call from A-Action letting me know that they were sending me a check . By the way that money must be returned within 30 days of the case been dismissed. It feels that we were taken advantage because we are from outstate.
