  Had to reschedule and that was a breeze. But they showed up late didn’t notify me about it luckily my cameras notified me so I can have the Mrs and daughter find something to do for longer. They was also suppose to tell me when they left so I can get drying timing right and they never did . Since it takes about 2 hours to dry. Scheduled for 1-1:30 so they left at 1. pest control didn’t arrive till 2:30. So they have to stay out the house now till 5 or so. Scheduling was nice but a slight inconvenience in communication.

  Have used these guys for a year now and they've been very helpful in getting rid of the spiders, flies and wasps outside and the other critters. Haven't seen one bug in the house since last spray and they've been very reasonable with pricing.

  They've been here multiple times for roaches and now we will have to spend even more money. I had thought we had bed bugs but after paying them $725 ! I have surched and searched and we actually have mites! The last tech said he used a gallon when they're only suppose to use half but he had watered it down so bad that by the next day it quit killing them. The second time I learned he had been taking pictures and she put a smartassed comment that it didn't sound like I'd been doing anything! When I call it's 'did u do anymore and have u cleaned the mattress. She got really snotty making it out to be its my fault their spray and gel doesn't work! The second time the kid Gabe did whatever he did-we weren't in the house to be sure bit he said there was no bed bugs to be found. I think people should know what to expect if they use them!
