  I loved working with alli she was great !!! On hands from the moment she picked up the call and until we hung up ! I’m so thankful for getting the chance to come across someone so patient and caring ! She made me feel very comfortable with my decision on my insurance plan!!!

  I recently worked with Alli to get a new car insurance policy, and I could not be more impressed. She took the time to understand my specific needs and clearly explained all my coverage options, answering all my questions patiently. It's rare to find such personalized service.   I contacted A&A Action Auto Insurance for a quote. While out of her service area Kriss was extremely helpful and gave me referrals in my area to contact. My daughter may relocate to Cleveland so I already know where I'll recommend to her for insurance needs!

  Alli was so very helpful I had been experiencing a lot insurance declines I hadn’t had insurance in two years and Alli was able to get me a good rate she literally worked on my account for hours they was able to locate the reason why I met so much scrutiny and she solved my problem. It wasn’t an insurance problem but s as legal issue that she pointed and I have insurance now. The care and time she decided to finding me insurance was bar none I have never witnessed someone go above and beyond what was asked if you want insurance and the sensitivity needed to get the rate you need.
