  Scandelous on every level!!! Sleazy! Stay away! My story: To rent an old shipping container box from these people, you must pay for 3 things up front. Delivery of the box to my location, pickup of the box from my location along with the first months rent. Agreed and paid it. Once i was done with the box i emailed them to come pick it up. They didnt. I Emailed them again 2 months later telling them to come get the box. I got an email response back from the owner marty wanting more money from me for those 2 months it was sitting out there empty, before he would pick up the box from my property. I refused. Fast forward 1.5 years later and after multiple email exchanges with the owner marty telling her to come and get her box off my property THE BOX IS STILL HERE!!! .... instead of picking up the box the day i emailed them i was done.....Or picking it up even 2 months later when the emails between the owner marty and i happened....or any other day since in these last 2 years.... they simply refused.... while charging me $200 in monthly rental fees for each month they refused to come get the box...then making a $4200 small claims court case against me, 2 years later, for "unpaid rent"....tf? Yes, you read that right! Instead of picking up the box, marty decided in her passive agressive best that she would rather keep the box on my property, RUFUSING to pick it up, then wants to sue me for $4200+ ( 2 years later while still sitting here empty) in a malicious attempt of using the court system to extort money / rent from me. Is the box renting business that slow that you have to fraudulently steal $200 a month from me? A hard working , blue collared construction worker, veteran and family man? You should be ashamed of yourself. I have a weird feeling that wont resonate well here in the reviews section or in the future orders department. watch! Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.... Silly little girl games being played... that is for sure! What a disgusting way to treat customers as well as a gross way to conduct business! If i had a truck and trailer that could pick up and haul this 48 foot long shipping container off my property and back to theirs, i would have dropped it off myself years ago.... being an old sheetmetal worker i almost broke out the oxygen settling tanks and delivered it back in pieces, but somehow just knew the passive aggressive woman would try and sue me for it. I Didnt do it, yet here we are. Still went the little girl route. Lol. Would rather create a court case out of spite and sue me for back rent for 2 years now, then just come do what i paid him to do initially, which was come and pick up the box. Drama free! But what do i get: Drama queen! Dont make my mistake! Save yourself time, money, potential court costs and stress and buy or rent your shipping containers from someone else. Wish i did! There is a nice family owned business in dubuque who will be more then happy to take care of all your shipping container needs..... With none of the drama or future court dates! Google them! You will be happy you did! lucky i am not 15 years younger, for things would have taken a dramatic twist and been handled way different then just a small claims case for back rent, know it! Now for the upteenth time! Come get your box! ..... and stop using the courts and lawfare in a weak and feable attempt at justifying your passive agressive actions. This isnt right and isnt what i signed up for when i decided to do business with you. Potential Buyers and box renters beware!!! This is they type of person you are dealing with! Shady!

  We rented a 45 foot long storage unit to keep lumber and other supplies dry during a construction project. The unit was in decent shape, but the best thing was the helpfulness of the staff. I'm a contractor and I'll consider using them again.
