Had we known, we would not have spent 3 weeks now waiting on nothing. I know the options to fix your machine may be limited, but go anywhere else. Unless you’re okay waiting 2+months on your machine.

- ETEmily ThengvallDec 26, 20175.0A-1 Singer Sewing Center is a little gem... The staff is kind and the shop is clean and organized. Just a little shout out regarding their customer service... My daughter's brand new sewing machine (a Christmas gift that she'd been longing for) was not working on December 26th. We took it into them at 4:30 pm and one of the gentlemen who fixes sewing machines set aside what he was working on to look at her machine. He had it completely fixed within 30 minutes and I had a happy little one with a working machine. We will go back again and again. THANK YOU FOR BEING A MIRACLE IN A LITTLE GIRL'S LIFE!!
