  My mother in law was locked out of her vehicle who is 75 years old and raining and had no phone no nothing 50 degree weather. Borrowed a phone to call me. The guy would not go because it was a “third party caller” when I am not with my mother in law and I am hour away from her. I was willing to pay for it all over the phone… no care or customer service skills at all…I would had paid extra if it took that…and he couldn’t take payment over the phone he claimed! I am a multi business owner my self and I understand that he has been burned on it and has policies that he has created. But I would definitely would look at someone situation and intentions of their phone call before making a decision like that!

  Steve & his associate were very professional and efficient with changing all the locks on our new-to-us home! Response time was very fast, we were able to get same-day service and they completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you so much for your expertise!

  Tried calling on a Sunday around 11am for a key that broke and ended up locked out. Does not answer. Just rings and rings. Not 24/7 it seems.

  A1 was a WHIZ!! They came so quickly and had me back in my truck in seconds. They were very kind and gracious. Will definitely remember them! Highly recommend.
