  If I could rate zero I would. Terrible experience from start to finish! I rented a tent and it was filthy! The owner and his crew were broke down in my driveway for hours. Owner has the worst attitude and no customer service skills he argued with me that the white tent wasn't dirty. I would hate to see what dirty looks like is to him. Save the heartache and elsewhere.

  Highly disappointed in our experience with this company. 120 chairs for a wedding covered in mud and what appeared to be pasta sauce, so just 3 hours before our rehearsal we were scrubbing chairs-while also trying to set up everything else ourselves for our outside wedding and not everything came off! The company was contacted and said a refund would be issued the same day they were dropped off but havent heard anything more

  They have best prices for tent rentals in the area. However one guy on the team setting up the tents got very angry when I said they started setting up the tent in the wrong spot and could they please adjust it. It was definitely bad customer service. But the reason I’m leaving the review is because the same team returned at the end of the rental to take down the tent and the man who had gotten so angry was open-carrying a gun strapped around his shoulder. It was definitely unsettling.

  Stated they were going to "pass" on my event that was for invidiuals with autism and IDD. Very discriminatory towards what their bounce houses are used for apparently.

  horrible communication- Pickup of a bounce house rental I had to come back twice because nobody was there to get the rental into my SUV from wherever they stored it. I was then told I needed a trailer once I got there when over the phone I was told it would fit in my suv. Came back with my trailer and it would’ve fit in my suv.. For the return, I had to leave a funeral to return it because the time communicated to me that I could return it by was incorrect and they needed it back within 2 hours of calling me. Even after communicating I was at a funeral and that I was told I could return it by end of the day no resolutions otherwise were offered. Also, it fit in my SUV for return. horrible communication and unprofessional.
