I don't even want to rate this company with one star but you have to pick something for my comments to post. This company has very poor customer service. It took us over two weeks to get someone out to give us an estimate - and that was after calling them back numerous times. Once we got a quote, on 07/01/16 we sent them a check for over half of the estimate. Their paperwork said they would call us to let us know when the work would be done. They never called - we had to call them, again. Also, they very rarely answer their phone. Always get an answering machine and then they never call back. Finally they estimated it would be the end of August for them to do our work. That time came and went. Finally after my husband called on 09/01/16, 09/02/16 in the morning, someone answered the afternoon on 09/02/16 only to find out no one knew if the job was scheduled. He was told someone would call back on Tuesday, 09/06/16. Never received a call. I called on 09/08/16 - had to leave ANOTHER message. No one called back. On 09/09/16, I called around 3:00pm and left a message to the effect if no one called me back by the end of the day, we were cancelling our job. Of course, NO ONE CALLED BACK. I personally went to their office on Monday, 09/12/16, and asked for our deposit check back. It was handed to me with a simple, "Sorry." No more, no less. So, we wasted over 2 1/2 months waiting for this company to do a job for us but guess a $3,500 job isn't important to them.
