  Nick replaced an evap-cooler blower motor on an old cooler that's not supported anymore, same day service too! He completed the whole job for less than I would've had to spend for the part alone; glad I called.

  Wade was very professional. He was the technician that installed our AC. Their electrician Andy is amazing too. Both very professional and down to earth. There was a part they needed to run the thermostat but the part won’t be in for a few days so they will have to come back then to get it up and running. That is the only bummer. We were looking forward to enjoying ac this weekend as we have some ceiling repairs we need to get done due to the moisture from running our swamp cooler, however, we’ve lived the past 6 years without ac so what’s a few more days. I highly recommend A1 to anyone. Braun is who did our consultation and he was amazing as well. Overall I have zero complaints. Plus it wasn’t their fault that our current thermostat is wired improperly so that has nothing to do with them. They are who you want to service your heating and cooling needs! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Our grateful thanks to A-1 Heating and Cooling for installing a new mini-split air conditioning system to our home in Basalt. Braun was very helpful and expert in assessing our home's needs to design the best possible system, as well as working with Holy Cross Energy in setting up rebates with HC as well as Core, and in obtaining the maximum available interest free loan. Our install team, led by Patrick with James, Shawn, and Austin were great to work with, problem solving some challenges in our home, to be able to install with minimal need for drywall work, finding the best place for the outdoor unit and building a nice stand and working around some new landscaping with minimal disruption. The business office was also superb in working with us and made sure that everything was taken care of as planned. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and professional. The system itself has been a godsend with our increasingly hot summers and allows for each bedroom and shared living spaces to be just right- not too hot or cold. We couldn't recommend A-1 any higher and will be working with them from now on to address all of our mechanical needs.

  I can’t recommend this company enough. I live in Eagle and found them in a Google search when we were being priced out of a new HVAC by the companies around us. Their customer service is above and beyond and I truly can’t say enough good things. Braun Beauregard is an amazing person who has his clients best interests in mind. Our technician, Wade, was here doing an install when we unexpectedly had to put our dog down that day while he was here and he handled everything with grace and was so incredibly kind. Again, don’t look further for your HVAC or plumbing needs. A-1 is truly the absolute best in the business.

  First I want to thank the girls in office for being so friendly and helpful. I was shocked to find out my hot water heater was not plumbed right and not up to code. Thank you so much Tim Darnley for your expertise at getting this fixed for me. ( He is a real asset to this company) Thank you A-1 for righting a wrong. I can now rest easy knowing it's done right. So much more I can say but will run out of space. Lastly I appreciate the time and detail Tim put into this repair. He is a great plumber! THANKS AGAIN!
