  We have nothing but good things to say about A1. We found ourselves in a situation where we just paid off our unit that day and the air conditioning stopped working. The heat index was over 100 and we were miserable. We called A1 and they sent out an awesome tech who was highly experienced and knew immediately what the problem was. He stayed until we could find a solution and went out of his way to drop off a window unit for us to use until the part could be delivered that we needed. The entire team at A1 Heating and Cooling from the operator that answered our call to the technicians that came out and serviced our unit went above and beyond to make sure that our family got our air fixed. They showed that they truly cared even though it was the weekend and most of them were on their downtime. We’ve never felt more appreciated as a customer!

  I had a great experience with A1 Heating and Cooling! Terry and the HVAC team were incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the work was done efficiently and to a high standard.
