  The folks at A-1 always take great care of my needs at a reasonable price. I had a double pane window that needed to be replaced and they ordered the glass and parts then came out and made the repair in less than a week. Lance and Chris were efficient and quickly completed the repair within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for glass and windows.

  I just had several windows repaired by this company. They did not clean up and left broken glass all over the rooms where they were working, and broke my window sill away from the wall which now needs to be repaired. Unfortunately my two year old found the glass before I did. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

  I used to restore historical mansions in Bastrop County, and I've seen all levels of the different trades work. From professional high quality repair and installs to poor quality. I can honestly say these guys were some of the best I've ever seen. They came in and started working and knocked out well over 2/3 of the entire houses window replacements. Every single new window was a perfect, almost seamless fit. I was very impressed with all the employees tireless efforts. From the installers, to the guys who cleaned up the mess were solid guys. To top it off? Every window was spotless. Thanks, guys.

  Lance, the window technician, did a fantastic job and had great customer service throughout the process of replacing my window. Lance inserted the window in a timely and correct manner as well. I will be using and suggesting A-1windows in the future, while living in Killeen.

  I don’t know what y’all other people talking about. But this place rocks if you have a problem with place it just a misunderstanding. I called and asked about a window they were professional and my window cut was perfect. Also price was reasonable. I wish you all nothing but good things in this life
