- NSN. S.4 days ago1.0This is in regards to work done in August 2019 Stay away, bait and switch estimates, will will not honor "Life Time" warranties for exterior work performed. Will hold "inspection approvals" hostage on new liners and chimneys during furnace installations unless you pay them $3,000 to redo recently done liners and chimney caps/crown caps. Will tie all work, including exterior work, to internal "Liner Cleaning" Don't waste your time or money with these scam artists.
- RCRandy CareyOct 6, 20255.0They did both of my chimneys with inserts and all new connecting pipe to woodstove and furnace. I was very pleased. It only took them about 3 1/2 to 4 hours. They cleaned everything when they were done, including sweeping up the dust and debris. They arrived within 10 minutes of when they said they would.. Happy customer, Randy. PS they took old debris with them did not look for me to get rid of it.
