  Had beb bugs and roaches. They came out told them I had both. Got estimate. They come out did the heat treatment that was guaranteed to get rid of bed bugs. They came back once a month to spray,with out telling me when. They would just show up and we would not be ready. They would only be here about five minutes. I then find out the only thing they were treating for was bed bugs. They then inform me that ninety dollars a month and they will treat for roaches. Money I don't have do to being on disability. Veterans payed for treatment so now I still have roaches and guess what bed bugs. Oh and yeah after the heat treatment. Their tech said that the heat treatment wrapped some of my windows frames but they have not offered to fix them.

  A1 Able saved us! We had a flea breakout & they got us scheduled asap. They took care of every concern we had and Brad, our technician, couldn’t have been kinder, friendlier or courteous. He got the job done, explained in depth what to expect and a safe time to go back inside. He was spot on! I recommended A1 Able and their crew for any need you may have. If you can request Brad in the Dayton office, you’re in great hands! Thanks everyone at A1 Able - we appreciate everything you did for us.

  A-1 Able Pest Doctors has been great to work with! They were able to come out within a week to give us a quote. We were worried about carpenter ants (they were the biggest ants we’d ever seen!) but Jim reassured us that we didn’t have a carpenter ant problem, which was a huge relief. They scheduled the first service less than a week later. Pranil was our technician and he was so competent and personable. Since it was raining, he couldn’t spray outside, but they had another technician come back within a couple of days to finish the job. I didn’t catch his name, but he was also very friendly and professional. I also appreciate that they guarantee if we see bugs between services, they’ll come back out at no charge. Overall, I feel confident and well taken care of with this company and would definitely recommend them.
