- CDColey D6 days ago5.0I cannot recommend 911 Restoration more! We had mold in our upper and lower bathrooms. Carter came over and gave us an honest assessment. He could have recommended that both bathrooms required remediation but he was honest and told us that only one needed remediation. Carter was thorough in his evaluation and testing. He answered all of our questions with professionalism, patience, and empathy for the situation. Carter and Dylan did an amazing job with the remediation. They were fast, thorough, friendly, and super clean despite the demolition. They covered all of the floors, our stairs, and made sure everything was contained and safe. I appreciate both of them for all they did to help us with a frustrating circumstance. I would give them a 10-star review if I could.
