I called them on a Wednesday night, got someone out on Thursday for an estimate, and then Friday they came to do the work. They were very professional. Answered all of my questions. And made sure the job was done correctly. If I ever need restoration help on my house again they are the first ones I will call.

He walked us through the process, explained what to expect, and gave us helpful advice about the work and additional services we could claim. Things that I don’t think my insurance carrier would mention on their own. They got to work right away to start mitigating the damage. Chad was our main point of contact after that and was incredibly thorough. He came by every day to check on the progress, ensure everything was drying properly, and offer recommendations throughout the process. They were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. In a very stressful situation, they helped us feel supported and made everything much more manageable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend 911 Restoration to anyone dealing with water damage.
